ENTRANCE TEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS ========================== 1. You must be of at least 18 Years old. 2. After receiving your application form for job work. With in 48hrs we will E-mail your Username & Password Along with Server link from where you can download your work files for Entrance Test. 3. The work files will be in .jpeg format in zip folder which you can easily download. The day you receive our E-mail from that day your time period will start. After completing the work you can mail the same to our E-mail Address which we give you. 4. In entrance test you’l l be getting, 100 pages that is to be completed in 5 working days. If you successfully submit the job work on or before the final day (5th day), it will be checked by the checking department for accuracy. 5. After receiving completed data in time, Firm will give accuracy level with in 7 working days. Accuracy level should be according to PLAN selected by user i.e. Plan 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 etc. 6. If you are unable to complete the work then you are not eligible for getting paid Job Work. 7. For entrance test there won’t be any type of remuneration or payment from www.visionjobcare.com or VJC. Entrance test is just to qualify for the acutal paid job work and to save 80% of the registration Fees. 8. You are taking this data conversion work as on your proficiency. You have to do typing in this work. You are not allowed to use any software for this. If found then you will not liable for payment and next work. Using of software is strictly prohibited. On internet many softwares are available, which you can use. But those software put spaces in between word which is not visible to us, and because of that our system will not accept your work and will reject it instantly. Our hitech systems can easily detect if you are using any type of software’s. So better don’t use any software. 9. Also you have to work as per instructions provided time to time by Firm. 10. If candidate is not able to download work files, due to any reason from their side than VJC is not responsible. In case problem is from VJC server side, than we'll take every measure to sort it out within 24hrs. 11. Decision of Our technical team is final and binding. No dispute shall be entertained with regards to certification of data or accuracy of data. 12. No reason shall be entered in Non Completion of Work Data. 13. Sub-Contract of this job work is strictly not permitted. 14. Firm has authority to change in terms and conditions. 15. User is paying non-refundable registration amount to the firm that is administration charges of Firm. 16. Firm is not responsible for TAXES, Its responsibility of the person who is taking up the work. Firm will deduct only 5.1% TDS from total income. 17. Firm has complete rights to change terms & conditions and Work instruction, Registration Fees & changes in Plans & Accuracy. 18. The contract period for providing work is for life time, depends upon the data available with firm. Firm is not responsible if contract period completes before. 19. Complaint and Jurisdiction: - in the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties (User and Firm) here to relating to or arising out of this terms, including the implementation, execution interpretation, rectification, validity, enforceability, termination or rescission there of, including the rights, obligations or liabilities of the parties (User and Firm) here to, the same will be adjudicated and determined by arbitration. The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendment or re-enactment there of is force in India, shall govern the reference. Either party shall appoint their respective Arbitrator and the Arbitrators thus appointed should appointed should appoint the third Arbitrator who shall function as the presiding Arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat State only. The Courts in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat State shall have exclusive jurisdiction entertain, try and determine the same.
